We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as donations for tree planting. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and check your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days.
